Manage multiple complex UK payrolls end to end for outsourced-service customers. Provide expert guidance on UK payroll legislation, statutory payments, pensions, benefits in kind, share schemes, taxation, reconciliations, HMRC submissions, and year-end processing. Resolve discrepancies, advise enterprise customers, build trusted relationships, mentor colleagues, and contribute to documentation and continuous improvement.

Own a small portfolio of strategic enterprise B2B SaaS customers, building executive relationships, leading business reviews, developing account plans, driving retention and expansion, managing escalations, and coordinating internal teams. The role also brings customer feedback into product discussions, shapes the enterprise customer experience, and coaches peers through complex situations. It is an individual contributor position with occasional travel to customer meetings.
