Lead HiBob’s global service partner ecosystem and develop a scalable operating model for partner-led customer implementations. Responsibilities include defining delivery standards, governance, quality frameworks, performance management, capacity planning, pricing, enablement, and partner development. The role collaborates with Professional Services, Customer Success, Partnerships, Legal, Finance, Security, and Privacy while leading and coaching a global Service Partner Success team.
HiBob helps modern, mid-sized businesses transform the way they manage people, giving HR teams and managers everything they need to connect, engage, develop and retain their people.
Our HR platform is intuitive, data-driven and built for the way people work today: globally, flexibly and collaboratively. Thousands of growing businesses around the world rely on Bob to help them create better work experiences for their people.
Come and be you with us
Being a Bobber is all about being you. We want you to bring all parts of yourself to work, giving you the freedom and confidence to be the best you and do your best work.
If that's bubbly, shy, precise, funny, bold, kind, honest, brilliant, or anything in between, we're waiting with open arms. Come join us.
About the role
We're looking for a Director of Services Partnerships to lead the next stage of HiBob's global service partner ecosystem.
Our service partner model has grown significantly over the last few years, with partners now delivering a substantial proportion of our customer implementations globally. We've proven that the model can scale. The opportunity now is to make sure the strategy, operations and quality frameworks scale with it.
This is where you come in.
You'll lead a global team responsible for helping our service partners deliver exceptional customer outcomes, while shaping how we work with those partners as the ecosystem continues to grow.
This isn't a role where you'll inherit a finished playbook. You'll have the opportunity to step back, challenge how things work today and help define what great looks like for HiBob's next stage of partner-led delivery.
Working closely with our VP of Delivery, Professional Services, Customer Success and GTM Partnerships teams, you'll shape the strategy and turn it into a scalable operating model across areas including partner quality, governance, enablement, capacity, pricing and day-to-day partner management.
We're looking for someone who can think strategically but is equally comfortable getting into the detail and making things happen.

Becoming a Bobber means joining a fast-growing global company where you'll have the opportunity to make an impact, grow your career and help shape how we work along the way.
We'd love for you to be part of it.

What you will bring:
- Significant experience leading Professional Services, services delivery or a service partner function, with a strong understanding of how implementation and delivery organisations operate
- Experience transforming or scaling a services organisation, partner ecosystem or operating model, rather than simply running an established function
- A track record of turning strategy into practical processes, frameworks and ways of working
- Experience owning or influencing areas such as service quality, delivery governance, partner performance, capacity planning or operational effectiveness
- People leadership experience, with a track record of developing and supporting high-performing teams
- Excellent cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to navigate competing commercial, operational and customer priorities
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to connect delivery decisions with wider company goals
- The confidence to form a point of view, challenge existing assumptions and bring recommendations rather than waiting for direction
- A curious, growth-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in understanding how the wider business works
- The ability to move comfortably between strategic conversations and hands-on execution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including with senior internal and external audiences
- Direct experience building or leading a service partner or implementation partner ecosystem
- Experience working for, or closely with, an implementation partner or consultancy
- Experience with partner enablement, certification, portals or scalable partner infrastructure
- Experience working in HCM, HR technology or HR consulting
- Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or another fast-scaling technology environment
- Experience developing commercial or go-to-market initiatives alongside a services organisation
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and partner networks
- An active interest in how AI can improve the way teams work, make decisions and scale operations
What you will do:
- Own and evolve HiBob's global service partner delivery strategy, ensuring it supports both business growth and excellent customer outcomes
- Build the operating model needed to scale our partner ecosystem, including quality assurance, governance, partner infrastructure, prioritisation and ways of working
- Define what great partner delivery looks like and put the frameworks, standards and measures in place to achieve it consistently
- Develop partner performance management through scorecards, QBRs, corrective action plans and clear escalation routes
- Balance partner capacity and growth with delivery quality, customer value, risk and retention
- Work closely with GTM Partnerships to ensure our commercial and delivery strategies work together effectively across the partner lifecycle
- Partner with Professional Services and Customer Success on capacity planning, implementation standards and customer outcomes
- Help evolve our approach to partner pricing, commercial governance and contractual adherence
- Strengthen partner capability through effective onboarding, enablement, learning and ongoing development
- Collaborate with teams including Legal, Finance, Security and Privacy to make sure our partner model scales responsibly
- Lead, coach and develop a global Service Partner Success team, creating clarity, accountability and room for people to grow
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders internally and with our service partners externally
- Bring an external perspective on what great service partner ecosystems look like and continuously challenge us to improve
Benefits
Why join this team?
- Shape the next phase of a proven model: our partner ecosystem is already delivering a meaningful share of HiBob implementations. You'll have the opportunity to define how it scales from here.
- Build, don't just maintain: this is a genuine transformation opportunity with space to challenge existing processes and introduce new ideas.
- Make a visible customer impact: the quality of our partner ecosystem directly affects how customers experience HiBob.
- Work across the business: you'll operate at the intersection of Delivery, Professional Services, Customer Success and GTM Partnerships.
- Bring your expertise: we're looking for someone who can show us what great looks like, not someone waiting for us to hand them the answer.
- Lead globally: you'll lead an experienced international team while working with partners and stakeholders across multiple regions.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene
If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
