Produce timely, accurate monthly management accounts and P&L analysis for AAR sites; reconcile balance sheets, manage cash flow, and present results to managers and executives. Work with budget holders to prepare budgets and forecasts, support year-end audits and external auditors, drive process improvements and controls, and provide finance business partnering and support to senior finance leaders.

Manage a regional network of repairers to meet client SLAs, onboard and monitor repairer performance, ensure compliance and data/reporting, resolve customer complaints, and drive performance improvements through analytics and relationship management.
