  • Act as the voice of the customer within the business, ensuring product decisions maximise value for users and the business.
  • Engage with stakeholders across sopp+sopp, Activate Collision Solutions (ACS), and other internal teams to ensure product initiatives are aligned with business goals.

      Collaboration & Delivery

      • Work alongside the existing Product Owner for claims management, the Head of Product, and development teams to translate roadmap priorities into well-defined features, user stories, and deliverables.
      • Ensure delivery teams understand the reasoning behind each product decision, fostering a culture of purpose-driven development.
      • Work with QA, UX/UI, and data teams to ensure the platform remains high quality, intuitive, and measurable.

      • Keep ahead of claims management, motor insurance, and fleet trends to ensure our products remain competitive and industry-leading.

      • Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
      • Experience working closely with software development teams in an Agile environment.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
