Leads Tata Steel UK’s talent and organisational development agenda, including learning programmes, leadership development, organisational change, talent reviews, succession planning, performance management and people analytics. Manages a team of three professionals, coaches leaders and employees, partners with senior stakeholders, and drives adoption of the company’s leadership framework across multiple UK sites.

Lead delivery of automation and process control projects from concept through commissioning. Manage PLC/SCADA/instrumentation design, contractors, testing (FAT/SAT), installation, commissioning, safety studies (HAZOP/LOPA/SIL), vendor selection, and ensure compliance with IEC/BS EN and cybersecurity standards.
