As a Senior Platform Engineer, you'll design and support digital service platforms, ensuring quality, scalability, and security while collaborating with teams to improve services.

Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday Payroll solutions for global customers. Gather requirements, design aligned solutions, manage workloads independently, collaborate with delivery teams, support junior consultants, and deliver consulting and application management services within agreed SLAs. Lead consulting, discovery, advisory, and shaping engagements for Microsoft Business Applications, Power Platform, Copilot, and AI-enabled business processes. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, assess services and processes, define requirements and roadmaps, shape operating models and governance, establish value measures, and guide adoption and organizational change. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while advising on responsible AI, privacy, security, regulatory, and human oversight considerations. Contribute to proposals, business development, reusable consulting assets, coaching, and people management.

The role requires HRIT support experience, advanced Excel and data transformation skills, customer-facing communication, and familiarity with service management practices.
