You will translate product strategy and roadmap priorities into compelling messaging and launch activity, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Incubation teams and Marketing to drive pipeline growth and customer adoption. You will combine market insight, commercial awareness and structured execution to ensure our products are positioned competitively and activated effectively in market.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Own and deliver Product Marketing Plans by developing and executing product marketing initiatives aligned to Business Unit priorities and growth targets. You will translate product roadmap updates into clear positioning and activation plans, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and measurable commercial outcomes.

  • Lead Positioning and Messaging development by creating differentiated value propositions, messaging frameworks and supporting content that clearly articulate our strengths in the market. You will define target segments, ideal customer profiles and buyer personas, ensuring consistency of messaging across regions and channels while supporting competitive intelligence activities. You will help other content teams in marketing develop compelling thought leadership materials to engage prospects and customers.

  • Deliver Go-to-Market and Launch Execution by coordinating and executing structured launch plans for new products, features and propositions. You will work closely with Product, Sales, SDR and field marketing teams to ensure readiness, campaign alignment and activation against pipeline objectives, maintaining strong alignment to product roadmap milestones.

  • Support Sales Enablement and Demand Support by developing enablement materials, sales tools, playbooks and customer proof points that support improved win rates and deal progression. You will partner with Sales and marketing teams to support campaign activity and contribute messaging expertise to strategic opportunities where required.

  • Support Competitive, Market and Customer Insight activities by contributing to voice-of-customer initiatives, developing customer stories and analysing market and competitive trends to inform positioning and go-to-market optimisation. You will use insight and performance data to continuously refine messaging and activation plans. You will be the main go-to person in the company to articulate competitive differentiation and respond to competitor news and announcements to field teams.

  • Own Performance Tracking and Reporting by monitoring key product marketing metrics across engagement, pipeline contribution and adoption. You will provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, supporting a culture of accountability, measurement and continuous improvement.

  • Commercial awareness with an understanding of pipeline generation and revenue contribution.

  • Experience developing sales enablement materials and supporting demand generation initiatives.

  • Solid understanding of CRM, marketing automation and performance measurement frameworks.

  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and confidently.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
