As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will deliver custom applications for Workday's customers, analyze data, and document user stories. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and advocate Agile methodologies.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will facilitate business needs analysis, ensure client solutions meet user needs, and manage stakeholder communications.

Lead Workday Financials implementations: configure solutions, manage client relationships, run large workshops, resolve escalations, mentor team members, and drive capability development and commercial outcomes.

Manage delivery teams designing and delivering low-code solutions. Collaborate with customer architects on functional and non-functional designs, estimate effort, advise on technical complexity, and lead intelligent automation projects from architecture through requirements and product planning. Coach and develop team members, establish technical policies and standards, mentor colleagues, and make effective decisions in fast-moving delivery environments using Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, AWS, and Azure.

Lead teams delivering secure, scalable Dynamics 365 CE and Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Own solution architecture, estimation, planning, requirements, technical decisions, development, testing, integrations, and continuous delivery. Build Dataverse and model-driven applications, CE modules, C# plug-ins, PCF components, JavaScript customizations, and Power Automate workflows. Coach team members, manage performance, collaborate with customers, and balance user needs with commercial constraints.

Lead technical pre-sales for AI and data opportunities across the UK public sector. Shape solution strategies, conduct client workshops, lead bids and procurements, advise on responsible AI adoption, and develop differentiated AI propositions. Provide expertise in generative and agentic AI, machine learning, LLM solutions, data foundations, governance, evaluation, and production adoption. Build senior stakeholder relationships, support demonstrations and proofs of concept, mentor colleagues, and ensure proposed solutions are practical, secure, scalable, ethical, and deliverable.

Leads the quality and configuration of Workday Employee Document Management implementations for global clients. The role leads workstreams, resolves complex functional challenges, serves as a senior client escalation point, supports business development and sales estimates, and develops regional capability through recruiting, mentoring, and thought leadership. It requires extensive Workday and ERP experience, strong leadership and customer-management skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams.

Help clients transform financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management using Workday Adaptive Planning. The role applies FP&A and financial modeling expertise to consulting projects across industries, including workforce planning, executive reporting, finance transformation, systems implementation, and process improvement. Responsibilities also include developing client-facing consulting skills through training, certification, mentorship, and hands-on project experience.

Design and apply security architecture for cloud and software solutions. Embed security practices into Agile delivery, assess existing systems, recommend mitigations, mentor engineers, lead small teams, and support security testing, CI/CD security and compliance with standards.

Lead technology and AI strategy for the AI Business Solutions practice, focusing on Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft AI. Define architecture, governance, repeatable Copilot/agent patterns, and technical standards; engage C-suite customers and Microsoft; drive capability investment, IP/accelerators, and senior technical capability development to scale commercially viable AI solutions.

Lead multi-skilled agile teams to design, build and productionise modern data solutions. Own technical architecture, collaborate with infrastructure and customer architects, define functional and non-functional designs, mentor staff, estimate delivery timelines, contribute to data community and support pre-sales technical solutioning.
