Build team capability, onboarding, coaching, and operating strategy; align technical positioning and KPIs with sales leadership; support complex enterprise deals through demos, proofs of concept, validation, and solution architecture; and represent regional customer needs to Product and Engineering. The role also partners with Marketing and Customer Success to drive revenue, pipeline, technical win rates, and go-to-market opportunities.

Manage design, build, maintenance, security, and quality assurance of hands-on training and certification labs for Delinea's identity security products. Develop lab challenges, maintain environments, automate provisioning/deprovisioning, troubleshoot issues, document processes, and collaborate with SMEs to keep labs current and effective for customers and partners.
