Travel may reach 50%, and hybrid attendance near London or Manchester is required.

Manages and grows enterprise customer accounts through renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and solution expansion. Owns territory strategy, pipeline generation, forecasting, proposals, SaaS agreements, and quota attainment. Builds consultative relationships with C-level stakeholders, presents business cases and solutions, identifies customer needs, and coordinates with internal teams and alliance partners. The role also supports retention, revenue growth, customer advocacy, and sales team mentoring.
