Executive leader responsible for globally scaling Customer Success across delivery, support, engineering, education, and project management. The role focuses on reducing churn, increasing adoption and expansion, optimizing the customer lifecycle, proving customer value, incorporating customer feedback, improving operational efficiency, and building talent.
