Set team roadmaps, improve internal service delivery, manage cloud and SaaS applications, administer Microsoft Entra tenants, oversee user lifecycle management, deploy device management solutions, troubleshoot across major operating systems and mobile platforms, and establish secure administrative access practices. The role also requires strong documentation, AI-assisted work practices, and team leadership.

Own web compatibility triage and incident response across DuckDuckGo browsers on Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android.
