Provide post-sales technical leadership, guide enterprise customers through platform adoption, resolve technical issues, and advise on networking technologies. Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing while serving as a subject matter expert. The role requires customer-facing networking experience, strong communication and troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of multiple network vendors. Remote work is available with 10–20% travel for customer and internal meetings.
