Senior commercial lawyer responsible for drafting, negotiating, and structuring partnership, embedded, reseller and channel agreements. Provide enterprise SaaS and global sales support, develop templates and playbooks, advise Partnerships/Sales/Finance, train stakeholders, and support EMEA regional coverage. Emphasis on pragmatic, scalable solutions while managing data protection (GDPR) risks and demonstrating automation/AI fluency.

Lead product strategy and execution for fraud, credit risk, and compliance across the customer lifecycle. Build automated, platform-oriented systems for onboarding verification, AML/KYB screening, fraud detection, reserve management, collections, and enforcement.
