Leads digital delivery for hyperscale data centre projects, implementing BIM execution plans, ISO 19650 standards, common data environments, multidisciplinary coordination, model quality controls, and digital reporting. Oversees regional and global teams, manages project information and deliverables, monitors KPIs, supports 3D/4D/5D integration and digital handover, and identifies automation and AI opportunities. The role also engages clients and stakeholders, resolves delivery issues, contributes to bids and resource planning, and supports training and knowledge sharing.

Lead and deliver building projects across full lifecycle in Northern Ireland, managing design, procurement, construction, commissioning, client engagement, NEC ECC contract administration, and team performance across RIBA Stages 0-7.
