Sets targets and performance metrics, drives profitable growth across orders, revenue, margins, market share, and customer satisfaction, and coordinates cross-divisional initiatives. Supports product launches, customer events, product training, and sales-team coaching while providing technical expertise in medium-voltage applications and managing customer and portfolio relationships.

Execute the UK Machinery OEM sales strategy to grow market share and meet volume, mix and profitability targets. Support OEM customers with technical application sales for drives, PLCs, HMIs and servo products, develop solutions and proposals, deliver demonstrations, negotiate contracts, forecast sales, and collaborate across divisions and OEM hubs to drive business development and market presence.
