Capture lessons learned and follow ABB project, program, information systems, quality, and safety standards.

Execute the UK Machinery OEM sales strategy to grow market share and meet volume, mix and profitability targets. Support OEM customers with technical application sales for drives, PLCs, HMIs and servo products, develop solutions and proposals, deliver demonstrations, negotiate contracts, forecast sales, and collaborate across divisions and OEM hubs to drive business development and market presence.

Leads ABB Motion High Power sales across the UK, owning profitable growth, customer relationships, sales strategy, forecasting, budgeting, local P&L, pricing, KPIs, and team development. The role builds a high-performing sales organization, drives customer acquisition and account growth, implements multi-year business plans, improves sales productivity, and ensures compliance across a multinational, matrixed environment.

Own the global EMS/PCBA category strategy for ABB’s Analytical business line. Develop sourcing strategies, consolidate the supplier base, mitigate risk, optimize costs, negotiate supplier agreements, manage budgets and savings forecasts, and oversee contracts and supplier performance. Partner with factories and global teams to align execution with business requirements, while evaluating suppliers across quality, delivery, cost, capacity, capability, and sustainability.

Own the global mechanical category strategy for ABB’s Analytical business line, covering components, castings, forgings, and plastics. Develop sourcing and supplier strategies, negotiate agreements, manage contracts, budgets, savings forecasts, and cost-out programs. Identify and oversee suppliers based on quality, delivery, cost, capacity, risk, and sustainability. Align global, regional, local, and factory stakeholders while delivering category performance and financial targets.
