Draft, review, and negotiate copyright, data-licensing, platform, and technology agreements; assess and mitigate IP and data-rights risk; conduct legal research on TDM and emerging technology issues; support CLM, templates, playbooks, and legal-tech/AI-assisted review workflows; liaise with business units and provide training and guidance on IP/licensing matters.

Lead the Accessibility Solutions team to develop and maintain a Digital Accessibility Maturity Model, manage VPAT audits and remediation roadmaps, provide training and developer guidance on WCAG/WAI-ARIA, create accessible content templates, consult on accessibility legislation and procurement, and advocate accessibility culture across the organization.

Manage and grow corporate subscription accounts for research-intensive clients by selling complex, AI-enabled knowledge solutions. Build account strategies, identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities, negotiate contracts, forecast pipeline in CRM, deliver high-stakes presentations, collaborate with Product/Marketing/Customer Success, and conduct market and customer research to inform sales approaches.
