Build frameworks, SOPs, metrics and staffing plans; manage project managers and coaches; improve onboarding velocity, deployment quality, CSAT, and early retention; serve as senior escalation and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, Professional Services, and Account Management.

Design, build, and maintain production-grade ML systems for revenue management. Own end-to-end ML lifecycle: data pipelines, model deployment, monitoring, testing, and scaling.
