Provides autonomous, complex troubleshooting support for Zwift customers across software, subscriptions, hardware compatibility, and policies. Owns customer issues, meets support KPIs, identifies recurring trends, recommends process or product improvements, and serves as a subject-matter expert. Collaborates with internal support teams and BPO partners to improve frontline capabilities while delivering clear, empathetic, customer-focused guidance.
