Lead global software implementation projects across the UK, Canada, North America, and Australia. Own end-to-end project plans, timelines, budgets, quality, reporting, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans. Manage stakeholders and geographically distributed teams, drive successful delivery and change management, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process enhancements, project community activities, and best-practice sharing.

Support and maintain GRC programs including data and system classification, vendor security assessments, SOC 2 audit coordination, policy lifecycle management, and remediation of control gaps across technical and business stakeholders.
