The role requires strong administration, organisation, communication, analytical ability, attention to detail, and customer service skills.

Develop and maintain introducer relationships, generate funding applications, support applicants through initial processing, and achieve monthly business targets. The role includes promoting financial products, managing application documentation, conducting initial credit checks, maintaining accurate CRM records, resolving queries, and collaborating with underwriting, compliance, and support teams. Regular travel to introducer meetings, networking events, and external activities is required, along with independent driving.
