Owns donor experiences, online payments, recurring giving, product metrics, commercial outcomes, and client discovery. Partners cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Security, Legal, Finance, and external payment and technology providers. Requires strong product management expertise, transactional digital product experience, nonprofit understanding, and knowledge of payment, privacy, security, and accessibility considerations.

Coordinates incident, problem, change, and service transition management across engineering, infrastructure, security, and operations teams. Leads incident response and post-mortems, tracks corrective actions, defines reliability metrics, supports observability strategies, governs changes, and maintains CMDB and configuration data in Jira Service Management. Produces executive reliability reporting and improves operational readiness, service stability, and platform resiliency through cross-functional collaboration and data-driven initiatives.

Lead product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and execution for Managed Magento, Shopware, and InterWorx products. Translate customer, market, technical, and business insights into product decisions, investment recommendations, pricing and packaging strategies, and measurable outcomes. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, infrastructure, design, marketing, sales, finance, support, and leadership. Drive technical product direction, lifecycle management, customer discovery, launches, KPI measurement, performance improvements, and ecosystem engagement.
