Provides operational support to the Global Director of Commercial Development and Business Development team. Responsibilities include CRM governance, lead allocation and follow-up, commercial documentation, proposal coordination, pipeline and KPI reporting, meeting administration, and conference support. The role ensures data quality, SLA compliance, opportunity progression, and timely completion of commercial activities across an international clinical trial logistics organization.

Supports digital marketing strategy execution across website, SEO, automation, video, social media, advertising, email campaigns, events, and webinars. Coordinates project plans, schedules, resources, agencies, and campaign launches while tracking progress, KPIs, materials, and quality. Maintains CMS content and marketing collateral, supports brand standards, assists with marketing design and technical papers, and manages social media and event logistics.

Builds and maintains executive dashboards, KPI reports, forecasts, and performance analyses using Power BI and Excel. Translates complex data into clear visualizations and insights for senior leadership and Board members, prepares board materials, coordinates stakeholder inputs, and ensures reporting accuracy, confidentiality, governance, and timeliness.

Coordinates employee training programs, including multilingual content creation with AI, EQMS administration, scheduling, compliance tracking, onboarding, and effectiveness measurement. Collaborates with subject matter experts and department leaders to assess training needs, maintain records, monitor KPIs, support trainees, and ensure alignment with quality, regulatory, and food industry standards.

Supports global pricing, quotation, RFQ, RFP, and commercial proposal processes. Maintains pricing models, templates, governance standards, approvals, and documentation while coordinating inputs from Business Development, Operations, Finance, Quality, and Project Management. Analyzes quotation performance, conversion rates, and market information, supports commercial decision-making, and improves quotation workflows across regions and service lines.

Plans and optimizes integrated B2B and account-based marketing campaigns supporting commercial growth. Coordinates conference and event marketing, manages email, social, website, CRM automation, and marketing collateral, and partners with business development teams to drive account engagement and qualified opportunities. Analyzes campaign performance, recommends improvements, and ensures marketing activities align with commercial priorities and brand standards.

Research clinical trial markets, industry trends, sponsor pipelines, CRO activity, competitors, target accounts, and CRM data to identify commercial opportunities. Develop market intelligence reports, account profiles, competitor analyses, presentation materials, and strategic account insights for Business Development teams. Support conference targeting, post-event analysis, thought leadership, commercial messaging, and growth initiatives through actionable recommendations.
