Serve as the primary customer success and support contact for UK and Ireland customers. Build and maintain automated Playwright tests in JavaScript for customer applications, debug failures using Chrome DevTools, understand HTML/CSS, manage multiple customer accounts, improve QA tooling and practices, and communicate proactively in a remote, global team.
