Create illustrations and visual assets for internal communications, HR materials, presentations, social media, and product-related projects. Develop and maintain the company design style guide, explore multiple visual concepts, and support ad hoc design requests across teams. The role requires strong hand-drawing and illustration skills, aesthetic judgment, hands-on design execution, and proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Motion design, wireframing, and marketing experience are advantageous.

The Product Owner will manage BUSY's ecosystem, ensuring alignment across hardware and software, prioritizing the roadmap, collaborating with teams, and monitoring product metrics.

Own product and trade compliance for hardware across global markets: identify certification needs, define regulatory labeling, coordinate testing and documentation (RF, EMC, Safety), ensure environmental compliance (WEEE, RoHS, Battery EPR), monitor regulatory changes, and partner with distribution, logistics, manufacturing, and commercial teams.
