Maintain sales intelligence, build targeted relationships, represent BAO at industry events, and collaborate with internal design, development, strategy, solutions, and account teams.

Lead BAO's sales pipeline and commercial process: qualify inbound/outbound opportunities, run consultative sales conversations, develop proposals and scopes, win project and retainer clients, maintain CRM and pipeline intelligence, collaborate with marketing, represent the agency at events, and ensure smooth internal handovers.
