Build and scale event-driven .NET microservices powering M-KOPA’s electric mobility financing platform across Africa. Responsibilities include architecture, production monitoring, automated testing, observability, continuous delivery, infrastructure as code, and end-to-end ownership within a DevOps culture. The role involves collaborating across distributed teams, coaching others, and developing cloud-native backend systems using Azure, messaging technologies, Kubernetes, Docker, Prometheus, Grafana, and AI coding tools.

Leads the people strategy for a globally distributed Technology and Product organization. Advises CTO and senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, leveling, retention, performance, engagement, people analytics, and complex employee relations. Owns Engineering and Product partnering while coaching a Senior People Partner. The role requires strong technology-sector HR expertise, cross-cultural experience, business acumen, and autonomous C-level stakeholder management.
