Generate qualified pipeline for Omilia's EMEA enterprise sales team via structured outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. Identify and engage senior CX, IT, and operations decision-makers across EMEA using multi-channel sequences, qualify leads on budget/need/timing, book discovery meetings for Account Executives, maintain Salesforce records, collaborate with AEs and marketing, and stay current on Omilia products, EMEA market trends, and relevant regulations. Occasional travel within EMEA (up to 10%).

Drive new business by qualifying and securing enterprise customers and partners for Omilia's contact center solutions. Lead proposals, demos, RFP responses, and technical presentations; act as trusted technical advisor; ensure smooth handoff to implementation; gather customer feedback for product; build stakeholder relationships and support sales team knowledge transfer. Travel up to 20%.

Operate and maintain production clusters, build observability (metrics, logs, traces) and automation, respond to incidents, create runbooks and troubleshooting documentation, collaborate with engineering teams, participate in on-call rotations, and drive reliability culture and continuous improvement.

Lead and scale the regional pre-sales function for conversational AI and CCaaS, managing Solution Consultants and Demo Engineers, owning solution architecture quality, driving strategic technical engagements, aligning sales, product, and delivery, and building reusable pre-sales assets to win complex enterprise deals.
