Build and scale n8n’s service partner ecosystem across Southern Europe. Create partner programs, playbooks, certifications, campaigns, and joint business plans while collaborating with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing. Represent n8n at regional events, communicate partner insights internally, and improve global partner programs using performance data.

Own enterprise sales across Northern Europe, including pipeline generation, territory planning, discovery, technical evaluations, proposals, negotiations, and closing complex six- and seven-figure SaaS deals. Engage technical and executive stakeholders, use MEDDIC/MEDDPICC for qualification and forecasting, maintain Salesforce discipline, create mutual action plans, and collaborate with Solutions Engineering, SDRs, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success. Represent n8n at events and travel to customers as needed.
