Owns and develops business-critical identity and access management projects across the frontend and backend. Responsibilities include authentication, authorization, permissions, UX optimization, observability, performance optimization, testing, CI/CD, release strategies, code reviews, architecture discussions, and cross-team collaboration in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Develop and maintain scalable fullstack software systems using Typescript, React, and Node. Collaborate on web application architecture and coach junior developers.

Lead end-to-end delivery for cross-service platform programs: sequencing work, surfacing risks, managing multi-team migrations, driving adoption of shared capabilities, and establishing delivery health metrics.
