Lead omnichannel strategy, trading and performance marketing, CRM/lifecycle, budget and KPI delivery (Revenue, CPA, LTV, ROAS), mentor teams, manage agencies, and drive AI/automation-led testing and creative optimisation.

Manage a portfolio of complex employee relations cases end-to-end, including disciplinaries, dismissals, appeals and tribunal preparation. Lead change activity such as restructures and redundancies, advise on collective consultations and trade-union engagement, update policies to reflect UK&I employment law, deliver best-practice training, and partner with People/HR on strategic projects to improve service delivery.

Process and deliver accurate payroll for ~3,000 employees: resolve discrepancies, perform complex manual calculations (company cars, deductions, back pay, statutory leave), manage pensions/auto-enrolment and benefits payroll data, handle statutory forms and overpayments, liaise with third-party provider (Zellis) and internal teams, and respond to employee queries.

Provide specialist employee relations advice handling complex casework (dismissals, appeals, grievances, disciplinaries), lead restructures and redundancy processes, manage collective and trade union consultations, prepare for tribunals, update policies to reflect UK & Ireland employment law, deliver best-practice training, and collaborate on strategic HR projects to improve service delivery.
