Lead the strategy, development, and governance of the ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM. Design data models, manage releases, configure Discovery/Service Mapping/Integration Hub, drive adoption, and onboard teams.

Work with sales to design and present technical solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, networking and cyber resilience for SME customers. Produce proposals, diagrams, statements of work, and pricing; present solutions to diverse audiences; support deal progression and handover to delivery. Occasional face-to-face meetings and travel required.

The Solutions Architect will design end-to-end technical solutions, guiding development teams, running proof-of-concept projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable architectures.
