Lead technical delivery of customer projects and act as technical lead on network faults and major incidents. Provide hands-on, customer-facing support for enterprise SD‑WAN, LAN/WLAN, and security solutions; troubleshoot high-pressure incidents, manage escalations and change requests, and maintain technical documentation. Requires UK site travel and occasional out-of-hours work.

The Cyber Presales Consultant will lead technical sales engagements, design cyber security solutions, conduct discovery workshops, and mentor junior colleagues while ensuring customer satisfaction.
