Own and execute revenue-accountable marketing for a software portfolio: demand generation, ABM, cross-sell and retention campaigns. Plan full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns, apply AI for targeting and personalization, align closely with Sales/Product, and track performance in HubSpot, Salesforce and Monday.com to drive pipeline, GRR/NRR improvement and new logo wins.

Serve as the technical lead in software sales: qualify prospects, run discovery sessions, produce scopes of work and process maps, deliver demos and webinars, articulate product value, support go-to-market enablement, and collaborate with sales and product teams to identify opportunities and new market verticals.

Own and manage marketing systems, data, and automation (HubSpot) to support GTM. Build workflows, campaign assets, lead scoring, segmentation and data enrichment. Produce reports and A/B test analysis, support MarTech and AI-first automation strategy, train team on systems, and improve processes to maintain clean data and scalable operations across UK, US and EU marketing teams.
