Leads EMEA payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring accurate, compliant, consistent delivery through external partners. Manages distributed payroll teams and managers, oversees escalations, mitigates operational risks, strengthens controls, monitors performance metrics, drives standardization and continuous improvement, and collaborates with Finance, Contracts, Payments, employees, clients, and delivery partners.

Coordinate and produce high-quality RFP, RFI and tender responses. Manage bid plans, timelines, stakeholder contributions, pricing inputs, compliance checks and post-submission clarifications. Draft and tailor persuasive content, develop win themes, maintain proposal content library, and use AI/automation to improve efficiency.
