Lead development of self-service ordering, workflow automation, delivery visibility, client insights, and future AI-enabled capabilities. Translate client and business needs into requirements and release plans while partnering with engineering, operations, sales engineering, product, and client teams. Drive adoption, improve operational efficiency, reduce manual coordination, and connect product investments to revenue, margin, scalability, and client value.

Manage technical relationships with global exchanges, translate and validate network connectivity data, coordinate changes with implementation teams, and drive automation to maintain accurate venue connectivity and ACL configurations.
