Lead and grow engineering teams for Mews' Front of House products, partnering with Product, Design, and Data to deliver guest recognition, personalization, automation, and connected guest journeys. Set technical direction, improve engineering excellence and operational health, drive cross-tribe collaboration, coach leaders, and translate strategy into measurable business outcomes like increased guest engagement and reduced time-to-serve.

Own and optimise the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP for finance and operations. Drive integrations, process automation, backlog prioritisation, stakeholder collaboration, KPI monitoring, and ensure system reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement to support financial and operational goals.

Lead a cross-functional tribe to own AI-powered support and self-service platforms, knowledge infrastructure, support tooling, and the product-feedback loop. Drive build-vs-buy decisions, measure contact reduction and support metrics, track launch impact, and hire/develop Product Builders. Ensure technical architecture, API design, observability, and alignment with Product, Engineering, GTM and Support leadership.

Monitor payment flows and KPIs across PSPs, manage incidents end-to-end in Jira, perform root-cause analysis, maintain runbooks, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, produce KPI and vendor performance reports, and use AI tools to streamline operations and surface anomalies.
