Lead and enhance the Group Financial Crime Compliance programme, developing policies, BRAs, risk registers, client screening tools, training, regulatory horizon scanning, and stakeholder engagement to ensure strong global anti-financial crime controls and adherence to evolving laws and best practices.

Manage day-to-day accounting for private equity or real estate funds: review financial statements and disclosures, validate investor drawdown and distribution calculations, communicate cash movements to investors, and oversee preparation and delivery of client reporting and timetables.

Oversee end-to-end delivery and control of Annex IV and other regulatory reporting across clients. Manage workflows, quality controls, escalations, reconciliations, and audit-ready documentation. Coordinate cross-location delivery, drive process improvements and automation, and provide stakeholder reporting and risk updates.
