Generate and qualify leads, engage parents and students, recommend tutoring solutions, conduct consultations, manage follow-ups, and convert prospects into enrolled customers. The role includes meeting sales targets, coordinating demos and webinars, supporting campaigns, maintaining CRM records, coordinating onboarding, and preparing sales performance reports.

Supports the sales and admissions team with lead management, follow-ups, demo reminders, customer communications, ticket resolution, and administrative tasks. Maintains accurate activity records, submits daily performance updates, assists with admissions processes, and coordinates with Operations and Customer Support while developing CRM, communication, and target-driven sales skills.
