Manage West Territory accounts and drive revenue through new business development, account growth, prospecting, pipeline management, customer engagement, forecasting, and account planning. The role involves virtual and in-person customer meetings, collaboration with marketing, field sales, sales development, and channel partners, and approximately 10% travel. Salesforce is used for CRM, pipeline visibility, and sales enablement.

Deliver D365 Finance enhancement projects across the full lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, deployment, hypercare, documentation, and training. Advise Finance leadership and SMEs on R2R, O2C, P2P, budgeting, consolidation, credit and collections, payments, and rebate management. Work independently, meet deadlines, and provide functional leadership across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance transformation initiatives.

Lead and implement the Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) process across regions, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and business objectives while driving continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration.
