Lead global end-to-end procurement for plastic/resin commodities: develop and execute commodity strategy, run RFQs, manage supplier relationships, evaluate alternate suppliers, lead negotiations and contracts, drive cost-down initiatives, partner with R&D on cost engineering, and ensure on-time, on-cost, on-spec supply for product launches.

Lead development and deployment of global negotiation frameworks, training and deal-support for high-value commercial negotiations. Drive value creation, risk mitigation, KPI measurement, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement of negotiation processes, tools and capability across the procurement organization.

Lead product satisfaction strategy and deliver actionable, evidence‑led insights by combining user research with engineering and systems thinking. Define attribute targets, design validation trials, translate customer data into engineering requirements, and lead cross‑functional alignment to ensure user‑centric product performance.
