The Business Systems Analyst will analyze end-to-end processes, improve systems integration, and identify automation opportunities while liaising with stakeholders and Technology teams.

Transform operational data into actionable insights by building semantic models, reporting solutions and metrics (Power BI/Fabric, DAX, M, SQL). Ensure data quality, governance, access controls, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration to enable self-service analytics.

The Lead BI Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging data to drive insights and strategic decision-making to enhance business performance.

Lead elicitation, prototyping and translation of client requirements into Microsoft Business Application solutions. Drive design decisions, run workshops, perform fit-gap and process mapping, manage requirements in Azure DevOps, support testing and deployment, mentor junior BAs, and contribute to presales and solution envisioning.

Work with the Payments Senior Product Manager to define, scope and deliver the payments product roadmap. Translate user needs into user stories, functional specs, business rules and acceptance criteria; model workflows and system diagrams; ensure PCI and data-protection compliance; triage escalated support issues; coordinate cross-team dependencies; use data to iterate and measure impact; and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Analyze business and IT requirements, design solutions, document complex systems, and support software development teams with technical queries and user stories.
