Leads enterprise stability governance for Citi’s global Production Management organization. Owns stability metrics, KPI and SLO frameworks, executive reporting, data analysis, risk mitigation, application improvement programs, and governance of critical stability artifacts. Drives AI-enabled automation, operational excellence, and cross-functional preventative initiatives while managing team priorities, senior stakeholders, escalations, and mentoring engineers and analysts.

Lead counterparty credit risk stress-testing product development for traded product markets. Responsibilities include defining requirements, managing project lifecycles, developing exposure measurement and reporting tools, analyzing data, coordinating UAT, addressing data and methodology issues, and partnering with business, risk, technology, compliance, and senior stakeholders to deliver regulatory and risk-management solutions.

Develop and enhance Citi’s trade cost analytics platform, delivering trade, expense, volume, and product analysis. Reconcile trade expenses against third-party invoices, calculate trading fees, identify process improvements, and improve cost-reporting transparency. Partner with trading desks, business management, operations, and technology teams to gather requirements, define metrics, and deliver platform enhancements through the software development lifecycle.

Leads global Markets Operations transformation projects, managing plans, scope, requirements, risks, stakeholders, controls, testing, operational readiness, and change delivery. Partners with business and technology teams to standardize processes, improve workflows, reduce risk, and deliver strategic benefits. The role requires strong program management, business analysis, financial-services operations knowledge, regulatory awareness, and senior stakeholder engagement.

Manage daily collateral and liquidity funding projections, monitor Triparty Repo settlement lifecycles, resolve trade fails and transaction discrepancies, and investigate unfunded positions. Partner with Treasury, trading desks, clients, triparty agents, CSDs, and CCPs to resolve exceptions. Strengthen operational controls, support regulatory compliance, improve processes through automation, meet strict market deadlines, and mentor junior colleagues.

Develop and enhance Citi’s global equities market data platform using Java or C++. Build ultra-low-latency functionality, support production systems, coordinate exchange-driven changes, troubleshoot issues with traders and support teams, and improve electronic trading applications. The role requires strong network protocol knowledge, teamwork, communication, testing, code reviews, and agile development practices.

Lead hands-on development of enterprise AI systems powering Citi’s global lending platform. Design AI applications, MCP tools, and agents using LLMs; make architecture decisions; drive features through production; ensure testing, observability, security, and operational readiness; mentor engineers; lead code reviews; and partner with product, architecture, and senior stakeholders on scalable technical solutions.
