Build and ship native Android features in Kotlin for an AI-enabled neobank. Design clean mobile flows for payments, insurance and financial services, integrate backend APIs, improve performance and reliability, use analytics and on-device ML (TensorFlow Lite) to enhance user journeys, and collaborate with product and design.

Integrate security into software delivery and infrastructure workflows across AWS and GCP. Build scanning into CI/CD pipelines, maintain security guardrails, secure containerized workloads, implement least-privilege access and secrets management, and support compliance with SC TRM and BNM RMiT. Improve monitoring, vulnerability reporting, incident readiness, and secure delivery practices while collaborating with platform and engineering teams using multiple programming languages.

Lead end-to-end machine learning systems across data, training, fine-tuning, evaluation, inference, deployment, and monitoring. Build scalable GPU-based infrastructure and reliable production pipelines for large models, optimize performance and cost, and partner with research and application engineering to translate model capabilities into product improvements. Provide hands-on technical leadership, resolve production issues, and ensure measurable, safe, and maintainable ML iterations.

Lead the execution of production ML systems: build data pipelines, training workflows, evaluation and inference infrastructure, fine-tune large models (LoRA/QLoRA/SFT/DPO), optimize GPU deployments, and integrate ML into products while ensuring robustness, safety, and reliable user-facing performance.

Lead implementation of production-grade ML systems: data pipelines, training/evaluation workflows, scalable GPU inference, model fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA/SFT/DPO), deployment, and monitoring. Collaborate with product and application teams to ship reliable, efficient, and safe ML-powered features for real users while managing latency, cost, and robustness constraints.

The role involves building end-to-end production-grade ML systems, optimizing pipelines, integrating models into applications, and maintaining data systems.

Build and lead an AI-native digital banking business, defining its proposition, roadmap, business model, and customer experiences across accounts, cards, payments, savings, and money management. Own P&L, deposits, revenue, unit economics, and operating costs. Partner with product, engineering, and AI teams, build the leadership team, establish banking and operational capabilities, and drive regulatory readiness, partnerships, and expansion.

Build and lead an AI-native consumer finance business spanning spending, saving, investing, and everyday financial workflows. Responsibilities include defining product strategy, roadmap, business model, and AI capabilities; owning P&L, growth, revenue, unit economics, and operations; launching and scaling products; collaborating with product and engineering teams; building a cross-functional team; and expanding into new markets.

Build and own backend services, APIs, workflows, and financial infrastructure for an AI neobank. Responsibilities include supporting onboarding, payments, accounts, cards, transfers, rewards, travel, FX, KYC, and risk flows; integrating with financial partners and third-party platforms; and ensuring reliability, security, scalability, observability, and data integrity. The role collaborates with product, frontend, mobile, and AI teams to deliver production systems for millions of users.

Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases for an AI-powered neobank. Develop workflows for onboarding, payments, rewards, travel, foreign exchange, support automation, KYC, and risk. Create internal tools, collaborate with product and design teams, and own production monitoring, debugging, and continuous improvement. The role requires strong product sense, comfort with ambiguity, and end-to-end ownership in a hybrid UK office environment.
