Lead EMEA partner operations by managing onboarding, deal registration, partner portals, workflows, reporting, governance, and escalations. Partner with Sales, Channel, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Enablement, and Customer Success to improve data quality, partner adoption, pipeline visibility, deal conversion, and regional execution. Adapt global processes to EMEA requirements while maintaining consistent controls, SLAs, attribution, and reporting.

Provides advanced technical support to enterprise customers, troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, networking, Linux systems, containers, and security issues. Performs root cause analysis, supports deployments, maintains SLAs, documents solutions, and collaborates with engineering, product, and sales teams. The role also mentors junior staff, contributes to training resources, and helps optimize infrastructure as code, observability, identity management, databases, and customer environments.
