Lead go-to-market strategy, positioning, launches, and enablement for NMI's Gateway, device, and vertical solutions (unattended retail, parking, medical, etc.). Translate technical capabilities into outcome-focused value propositions, drive adoption and revenue through sales and channel enablement, represent NMI at events and analyst briefings, conduct vertical market research, and influence product and business strategy with competitive and customer insight.

Lead 2–3 software teams (12–20 engineers) focusing on people management, team health, hiring/retention, stakeholder communication, technical debt and platform investment decisions, and driving adoption of AI tools and change across a security- and regulation-conscious payments environment.

Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable backend services and mobile SDKs for payment device integrations. Lead architecture, improve CI/CD and testing, mentor engineers, ensure security and compliance (PCI/OWASP), investigate performance issues, participate in on-call rotation after onboarding, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver reliable payment solutions.

Own and drive the gateway-to-processor certification pipeline end-to-end: track statuses, manage processor/acquirer relationships, negotiate test scope, remove third-party blockers, coordinate with engineering, and ensure compliance with card network rules (e.g., PCI, Visa, Mastercard). Provide forecasting, reporting, and stakeholder communication to enable timely go-lives.
