The role requires technical writing experience, docs-as-code skills, software troubleshooting ability, and familiarity with AI tools, cloud-native technologies, or observability.

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, positioning, and go-to-market approach for Grafana Federal Cloud and BYOC deployment offerings. Partner with engineering, technical program management, security, compliance, legal, customers, partners, and sales to adapt Grafana Cloud for regulated, sovereign, customer-owned, and cost-sensitive environments. Provides hands-on technical consulting for enterprise observability implementations. Partners with customers on onboarding, architecture, migrations, workflow recommendations, training, requirements gathering, workshops, and project execution. Designs scalable solutions using Grafana and related observability technologies, including Kubernetes, metrics, logs, traces, and cloud platforms. Acts as a functional lead and trusted technical advisor while collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Professional Services teams to improve customer outcomes and product offerings.

Design, build, operate, and maintain scalable alerting backend systems. Drive features end-to-end, contribute to open-source, participate in on-call rotations, mentor teammates, and collaborate remotely to improve reliability, performance, and alert evaluation at scale.

Develop and communicate quantified business value for Grafana products and services. Responsibilities include collaborating with customers, building ROI and TCO models, analyzing data, creating value narratives, enabling sales teams through training and content, and partnering with account executives, solutions engineers, observability architects, and cross-functional GTM teams. The role also supports strategic partnerships and requires customer-facing communication from technical to executive audiences.

Leads Enterprise Growth Account Executives across the UK and Ireland, driving revenue growth, pipeline development, territory strategy, quota attainment, and strategic customer relationships.
