Own complex market abuse investigations from alert review through regulator-ready findings and stakeholder presentations. Review and recalibrate surveillance thresholds and models, integrate new products and data sources into surveillance platforms, conduct market abuse risk assessments, and support audit remediation. Lead business operations for Kraken Pro by establishing operating rhythms, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, tracking KPIs, supporting executive decisions, managing reporting and roadmaps, triaging inbound requests, and improving operational efficiency. The role partners with product, engineering, compliance, legal, finance, and marketing teams to launch initiatives across trading and infrastructure products and enhance the product experience.
