Define and execute Kraken’s hybridization and on-chain product strategy across Pro and Consumer products. Own roadmaps, cross-functional execution, ecosystem partnerships, product metrics, experimentation, and the full lifecycle from discovery through iteration. Lead Consumer Trading product initiatives for Kraken: prototype features with AI tools, define product requirements, run UAT, collaborate with stakeholders, finance and operations, use analytics and experimentation to drive product decisions, and evaluate new consumer product opportunities.
