Provides administrative and customer support for CPAP, homecare, and sleep services. Responsibilities include handling routine calls, answering inquiries and complaints, processing orders and service needs, maintaining product knowledge, coordinating with sales and technical teams, and communicating customer requirements internally. Requires a medical office administration credential or medical background preferred, at least seven years of general office experience, and completion of Certified Polysomnographic Technician certification.

Drive sales and business development into university and laboratory markets: identify and qualify leads, manage key accounts, deliver proposals, conduct market research and competitive analysis, apply technical knowledge of industrial gases, use Salesforce for reporting, and produce market and sales performance reports. Requires national travel and a UK driving license.
