Client Partner responsible for selling and structuring professional services engagements for Kinaxis RapidResponse deployments. Identifies opportunities, develops strategic account plans, creates statements of work, leads discovery workshops, advises customers on deployment approaches, and partners with sales, product, support, and delivery teams. The role requires strong supply chain consulting expertise, professional services sales experience, negotiation skills, executive communication, and frequent domestic travel with occasional international travel.

Serves as the primary technical advisor for strategic enterprise customers, owning solution health, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, optimization, and technical risk mitigation. Leads the creation of Kinaxis’s global Partner Success operating model, including partner lifecycle management, capability growth, capacity planning, governance, health scoring, enablement, implementation quality, and performance systems. Builds cross-functional processes, tooling, analytics, and organizational infrastructure to improve partner readiness, delivery outcomes, pipeline contribution, and ecosystem growth. Requires senior leadership across enterprise software, SaaS, consulting, cloud, or technology ecosystems, with global partner and implementation experience.

Leads complex supply chain software implementations for customers, including requirements discovery, business process design, advanced configuration, testing, troubleshooting, deployment workshops, and user training. Applies optimization models and AI algorithms to supply chain planning scenarios. Provides functional leadership, customer guidance, escalation management, and mentorship to junior consultants. Requires expertise in forecasting, MRP, constraint management, production scheduling, and supply chain platforms.

Builds repeatable GTM frameworks, decision gates, operating rhythms, and integrated campaigns while refining strategies through customer feedback and market signals.

Lead enterprise supply chain software implementations for customers. The role is remote in the UK or Ireland, supports EMEA sales, and includes up to 20% travel.

Build and deploy LLM-based and agentic AI solutions for customers using the Kinaxis Maestro Platform. Own customer engagements end to end, including prototyping, software and data engineering, production debugging, integrations, adoption, and mentoring. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn customer learnings into scalable platform capabilities while managing multiple priorities independently. Travel may be required up to 50%.
